Which sex toys would you say are safe to buy second-hand?

I think it is the general consensus that buying something where the parts which have intimate contact can be removed and replaced, something like a sex machine. But what other sex toy would you be happy to buy knowing it has been preowned, which toys are a definite no-no to buy used.

Second hand sex toys: Which would you buy? Which would you not buy?

I would only really consider second hand sex machines for sale and Electro sex machines.

Maybe an expensive love doll such as the RealDolls with replaceable vagina, anus and mouth.

A definite NO are used masturbators and anal sex toys!
