Buying a RealDoll shipping/delivery to the UK

I am really interested in getting a RealDoll, but buying one from outside the UK just makes me nervous.
Has anybody here experienced the shipping & delivery process, having bought one direct from Realdoll.com?
The whole shipping, customs, tax, packaging and delivery of such a product feels like it could go wrong.
I need reassuring, if anyone can help assure me it is hassle-free and 100% discreet.
