Penis extensions that fit smaller size men

Looking for penis extension sleeves are the best fitting for a smaller than the average sized man.
My approx. measurements are around 5 inches long and around 2cm in thickness diameter.
I have always considered myself to be only slightly less than the average sized man's, but not according to extension sleeves.
All the sleeves I've tried before have always been too big, with an inch or two to spare inside at the end, and very loose fitting around my girth.
Do you know any penis extension sleeves that might fit better?
