Lovense machine broke

My lovense machine had stopped working, can anybody help me figure out what's wrong with it and hopefully get it working again.
I am not sure if you got your broken sex machine fixed already.
Unsure if this the obvious thing to say… Did you contact Lovense?
If you have not got it working and spoke to Lovense, let us know what problems you're having.
