I am wondering if anyone used this perk yet and if it is all it's a legitimate guarantee.

Yes I was aware, even so, for that extra peace of mind, purchasing a product you want to be confident you are satisfied with knowing you can get a refund if not, it seems well worth it.

Ahh, yes there is that cost too.

Still, if I am considering buying a sex machine from a different brands/retailers, knowing that if for whatever reason I really don't like it, I will get £500 back, might just be the perk that makes me choose a Motorbunny, especially when others don't offer a satisfaction guarantee.

I would need to find out if they need to receive it within the 45 days, from date of purchase or the date it was delivered to me, or if it is 45 days to send the return + return delivery time.

Would be good to hear from someone from the UK who has returned a motorbunny machine under this guarantee, or just returned something to Motorbunny so share their experiences and knowledge of the timescales and costs or return delivery.

Personally, I don't think you would not be satisfied with either of the Motorbunny machines. They have been around a good few years, plenty of customers and reviews online, and they are constantly releasing new products and updating their existing machine spec/tech.

I am not looking to just test drive the machine and don't expect to be unsatisfied.

It's just a good offer for peace of mind, like I said, and if others have returned under the satisfaction guarantee, you know Motorbunny are good to their word and will give me even more reason to choose a Motorbunny machine other other machines.

Plus the fact that they also offer an 11 year warranty.

I am just looking for feedback really before I commit to a purchase.
